Calorie Restriction Diet Plan

Tuesday, June 30th, 2009

Calorie Restriction Diet Plan – One of the most popular diets is the calorie restriction diet, and it seems to be backed up by great medical results. This is different from fads diets that opt for one thing over the other because the calories we consume are filled with nutritional value.
With a calorie restriction diet plan, you are eating less calories than the ones you need to maintain your current weight.  This amount of needed calories will vary from individual and well in each case you need to eat 25% calories than the ones needed. Unlike other diets, the nutritional value is also a key factor, this means that participants will only focus on healthy food that will prove to be better for the long term.
This calorie restriction diet plan was first noticed in animals and it yielded great results. Animals with this diet lived longer than animals with other diets, not only that but these animals also had less occurrences of certain diseases.
Benefits of the calorie restriction diet plan: better heart rate, lower body fat, healthy cholesterol levels, healthy blood sugar levels.
Drawbacks of the calorie restriction diet: loss of muscle mass, risk of anemia, risk of loss of bone density.
Those were the news on the calorie restriction diet plan.

Maria Belen Chapur has been exposed as a mistress of Governor Mark Sanford who is a governor (for now) of South Carolina.
So now we got to know that the Governor Mark, who was missing from past few days was with whom and where!

Mark Belen Chapur, the revealed mistress of Mark is 43 years old. She lives in Argentina and she is Argentinean national too. She is a single parent of two sons. She lives in the area of upper middle class of Palermo with her teenage sons.

Unfortunately the information about Governor’s mistress, Maria Belen Chapur, is still a little doubtful. It is heard that she is a fluent speaker of English, Chinese and Portuguese. But as an Argentinean national, one expects her to speak Spanish as well.

According to a site:

“Argentine media have named the woman behind the Governor Mark Sanford love affair scandal as Maria Belen Chapur.

Argentina’s national media said Maria Belen Chapur is a 43-year-old woman with two teenage sons. Maria Belen Chapur lives in an upper middle class area of Buenos Aires. Maria Belen is divorced and lives with her sons, local news said.”

Everyone is searching the pictures of Maria Belen Capur, but no one claims to have found one except one site which says that Maria Belen Chapur has worked as a journalist and has reported on the 9/11 attacks.

Here is the video of Maria Belen Chapur, according to the only site who claimed to have her pictures.

Michael Jackson autopsy leaked

Monday, June 29th, 2009

The Sun is reporting that it has received a copy of the corner’s autopsy report and by the sounds of Jackson was in pretty bad shape.

According to the leaked document Michael was literally skin and bones having barely eaten and the contents of his stomach showing only pills, although they don’t say what kind. His hips, shoulders and thighs supposedly were riddled with needle wounds which is believed to be a result of daily injections of narcotic painkillers.

Further details in the report supposedly point to a wig wearing anorexic body weighing about 112 pound. Additionally the body had several broken ribs from the rescuers attempts to resuscitate him. There is also suggestions that four injection sites were found above or near to his heart.

Three of the injections had penetrated the heart wall — causing damage — but a fourth missed and hit one of the 50-year-old star’s ribs.

The autopsy also found unexplained BRUISING on Jackson’s knees and on the fronts of both shins. And there were CUTS on his back, indicating a recent fall.

The King of Pop’s once handsome face bore a network of plastic surgery scars, while the bridge to his nose had vanished and its right side had partially collapsed.

As inquiries into the tragedy last night focused on the star’s personal physician Dr Conrad Murray, a source close to the Jackson entourage said: “Michael’s family and fans will be horrified when they realise the appalling state he was in.

“He was skin and bone, his hair had fallen out and had been eating nothing but pills when he died. Injection marks all over his body and the disfigurement caused by years of plastic surgery show he’d been in terminal decline for years.

This of course flies in the face of all the reports of the people really close to him who said that Michael was in the best shape he had been in years as he got ready for his concert tour.

Dallas Car Chase

dallas car chase

A wild car chase in Dallas, Texas today ended when the suspect was t-boned after running a red light. Read more about the crazy Dallas car chase from June 29, 2009, and check out the video here.
This chase seemed to dominate network news, with live helicopter pictures from a Dallas News chopper that even momentarily bumped Michael Jackson coverage off of the screen.

Nothing gets Americans glued to the TV screen like a good car chase, and for some reason the Dallas / Ft. Worth area seems to have about one a month. This car chase was especially spectacular, and ended like so many do—with a horrific crash.
It doesn’t matter what is being reported about, the networks will cut straight to a live feed of a car chase and begin narrating it like a horse race. The one in Dallas today included spike strips, jumping off ramps, and running down signs.
The car chase in Dallas started at 635 and Interstate 30 in Mesquite, and made its way through a bunch of different stretches of Interstate in the area. The driver, Shane Michel, seemed particularly desperate, even making his way off-road for a portion of the chase, and very nearly struck several cars in the process.
Today’s big chase ended when Michel ran a red light and was t-boned by a man in a pickup truck named Lance Anderson, who did not sustain any serious injuries. I’m sure video and pictures from the car chase will flood local TV news broadcasts in Dallas and across the country tonight.

Kristen Stewart’s MTV Hair

Anndrea asks,

‘Can you post a tutorial on how to re create Kristen’s make up and hair from the [MTV] awards show?’

Hey Anndrea,

Here is how I would recreate Kristen’s fabulous smoky eyed look.

Face

Apply a sheer foundation all over your face.  What I love about Kristen is that she never hides her face – you can always see the little freckles and imperfections.  Wonderfully natural.

She also appears to be wearing bronzer which has been dusted lightly on her cheeks, replacing the need for blush. (more…)

Verve Ricky Barnes

Richard Kyle Barnes (born February 6, 1981) is an American professional golfer. He has played on the Nationwide Tour and the PGA Tour.

Barnes was born in Stockton, California. His dad is Bruce Barnes, a former punter who played with the New England Patriots of the NFL. In 2002, he won the 102nd U.S. Amateur, defeating Hunter Mahan 2 & 1 in the final. In 2003, he was the low amateur at The Masters, where he finished 21st.

Later that year, Barnes turned professional and played in many events on the PGA Tour. In recent years he has found himself playing mainly on the second tier Nationwide Tour, which he joined in 2004. His best finish on tour came in the 2006 Oregon Classic, in which he finished second to Cliff Kresge in a playoff. He will play on the PGA Tour in 2009 after finishing on the bubble, the 25th spot on the 2008 Nationwide Tour money list.

At the 2009 U.S. Open, Barnes set the 36-hole scoring record after shooting an 8-under 132 through the first two rounds, in soft rainy conditions. He also became only the fourth player ever to reach double digits in tournament history — Gil Morgan in 1992, Tiger Woods in 2000 and Jim Furyk in 2003 are the others — when he reached -11 in the third round.
